In 2025, the Burke family, with deep roots in the Binghamton community, acquired the Mill. They understood immediately that this was far more than just a place to buy cider; it's a special destination where families create lasting memories, enjoying the quintessential fall experience of crisp apples and warm cider donuts. To enhance this beloved tradition, the Burkes introduced exciting new offerings, including a specialty retail section, ice cream, single-portion baked goods, and freshly brewed coffee.

The Arts Bloom at the Mill
The legacy of the Cider Mill also flourishes through the performing arts. Founded in 1976 by Dr. John Bielenberg as an extension of the Binghamton University theatre program, the Cider Mill Playhouse continues to thrive today as BLAST/Cider Mill Stage. We're proud to bring high-quality live performances to our community. This December, a beloved holiday tradition returns with Dr. Bielenberg’s heartwarming adaptation of A Christmas Carol, a production that has graced our stage for over 40 years.
